The 20-year-old from Monserrato arrested again
He was supposed to be at home, under house arrest, but the Capoterra carabinieri engaged in a patrol service surprised him far from his home.
A 20-year-old from Monserrato, identified in Maddalena Spiaggia, is in trouble.
He was again arrested and put under house arrest pending the rite by direct line.
