Grillo trial, the alleged victim in the courtroom: deposition begins

The alleged victim of the gang rape in the trial involving, among others, Ciro Grillo arrived in the courtroom accompanied by her lawyers .

The defense had indicated their willingness to use the minutes of the statements, thus avoiding the deposition.

In the courtroom, the prosecutor and the plaintiff's lawyers asked that the young woman be heard in any case. The hearing continues with questions from the public prosecutor .

Ciro Grillo, Francesco Corsiglia, Vittorio Lauria and Edoardo Capitta, accused for the alleged gang rape that allegedly occurred in July 2019 in Porto Cervo, are not present in the courtroom.
