More than 2,000 high school students in Sassari attended meetings with the local police on gender-based violence and cyberbullying between March and December. The results of this process will be presented on Tuesday 20 December from 9 in the Langiu room of the Command in via Carlo Felice.

The mayor Nanni Campus will open the conference. Then the commander Gianni Serra , the general Luciano Garofano (former general commander of the RIS), and there will be the testimony of a mother. Finally, seven short films made by the students will be screened and evaluated by a technical jury chaired by the actor and director Alessandro Gazale and made up of directors Gianni Tetti and Paolo Pisano.

During the training days, the project coordinators submitted a questionnaire to the boys and girls to bring out the state of health of the school population in terms of interpersonal relationships, any situations of discomfort experienced in the classroom and in daily life and to better understand the trust placed by young people in institutions.

Among the topics addressed: gender-based violence, revenge porn, the red code, bullying and cyberbullying.

The slogan chosen by the local police with the aim of making young people aware of the use of their intimate images and the risks associated with sharing them is "#Iononcondivido" .

In particular, the crime of revenge porn was examined: the crime of illicit dissemination of sexually explicit images or videos without the consent of the persons represented, punished with imprisonment from 1 to 6 years and a fine from 5,000 to 15,000 euros.
