Porto Torres: violent collision between a bus and a car

Violent collision at the intersection between Via Balai and Via Principe di Piemonte , in Porto Torres , at the height of the roundabout.

According to an initial reconstruction, an Opel Meriva appeared from Via Principe di Piemonte when the ATP bus suddenly arrived from Via Balai, throwing the car forward for a few metres.

The Avis ambulance arrived on the scene with 118 paramedics who provided first aid to the Opel passenger. Fortunately, she did not suffer any serious injuries.

In the emergency, the firefighters of the local detachment were also present to ensure safety.

Carabinieri from the Porto Torres branch conducted surveys to determine the cause of the accident. The bus was seriously damaged.
