The investigation into Gaia Costa's death will be resolved after the computer analysis of Vivian Spohr's iPhone.

This is the information that emerges from the new documents ordered by the Tempio Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the accident that cost the life of the 24-year-old girl .

According to rumours, Milena Aucone , the prosecutor in charge of the case opened for road homicide, has requested an in-depth investigation into the functioning of the smartphone (in all modes and with all applications) at the time of the accident, which occurred on the morning of July 8 in Porto Cervo .

According to rumors, the very first reports sent to the Gallura prosecutor's office rule out the possibility that the German manager, under investigation for the death of the young woman from Tempio, was using her phone when her SUV struck the victim . For this reason, the charge against the woman has no aggravating circumstances .

If IT consultant Giancarlo Rosa were to find the opposite—that the German manager's iPhone was in use at the time of the incident— a delicate issue would arise regarding the handling of the case and, above all, the treatment of the suspect immediately after the incident . This issue would become the central theme of the case.

For this reason, the outcome of the IT consultancy is crucial and is awaited by the manager's defense, Angelo Merlini and Alessandro Vitale, and by the civil party's lawyer, Antonello Desini.
