Fear in the night in the Pevero area on the Costa Smeralda.

A Mediterranean scrub fire threatened the area around the parking lot of the beaches, risking reaching hotels and homes.

Around 2.30 am, the Arzachena firefighters intervened on the spot, together with two teams from Olbia and one from the Sassari headquarters. The rapid operations prevented the flames from spreading.

Remediation activities started.
