Scrolling of the rankings of nurses, stabilization, destination in the emergency room only of doctors specialized in emergency-urgency, skills in derogation to the general managers of the ASL pending company documents, and then the application (as at the beginning of the emergency) of the “Plan for the modulated and progressive activation of beds for the assistance of Covid patients”.
These are just some of the proposals launched by the regional opposition councilors after yesterday's inspections in the emergency room of 12 hospitals in Sassari, Cagliari, Ozieri, San Gavino, Lanusei, Nuoro, Isili, Olbia, Ghilarza, Oristano, Sorgono and Tempio.
At the end of the approval of the Finance Act - announced the directors of LeU Daniele Cocco and Eugenio Lai - the representatives of the minority will have a meeting with the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, on the occasion of which they will ask for inspectors to be sent.
Illustrating the results of the inspections - Romina Mura (Pd), the chairman of the Labor Commission of the Chamber also participated in Cagliari - today the directors of the Democratic Party, Progressives, LeU and M5s explained that "the pandemic has exposed the very heavy inability to ordinary planning and emergency management by the Solinas Council ". In particular, they spoke of "care spaces removed from ordinary healthcare in the most important hospitals in order to be able to take care of Covid patients due to shortages of places in Covid hospitals. Emergency rooms have been transformed into covid hubs, for example in Southern Sardinia , where the Covid emergency room of the Holy Trinity of Cagliari is closed ". In practice, they added, "local health care was effectively suspended with the consequent concentration of all the demand for treatment at the only two hospitals in Southern Sardinia, the Brotzu and the University Hospital of Cagliari, which had to slow down ordinary activities" .
BLOOD EMERGENCY - Massimo Zedda (Progressives) also highlighted "a crisis in the availability of blood throughout Italy, this determines that we are no longer able to buy blood for the island because we are not self-sufficient: for example, at Brotzu we were told who have only 40 blood bags and 30 are needed for a transplant. They are therefore defining which interventions to postpone so as not to run out of availability ".
