A week of intense work in the Regional Council . The open front is that of the Finance Act , even if on Thursday, in the midst of hearings, eyes will be on the court hearing for the case of the dismissal of the President of the Region.
Budget Councilor Giuseppe Meloni still hopes not to have to resort to the fourth month of provisional exercise. But it will be difficult. The maneuver process will not be without obstacles: among other things, there is the discontent of the unions to manage, who had already expressed dissatisfaction on the occasion of the very recent approval of the health reform, and who did not have the opportunity to discuss with the Council during the conception phase of the stability law.
The unions will be heard on Wednesday in the first of two days dedicated to hearings in the Budget Committee. "We would not like to find ourselves in the same situation that occurred during the discussion of the law on health, when we were heard on a text that would have been subject to amendments and on which there was no way to reach a mediation", has already clarified the number one of Cgil Fausto Durante. And Pierluigi Ledda (Cisl): "We expect the Board and Council to take into consideration the proposals that we will make available on active labor policies, for the relaunch of development, for the fight against poverty and to promote social inclusion".
Tomorrow, meanwhile, the long-awaited majority summit with all the group leaders, the Budget assessor Giuseppe Meloni and the President of the Region Alessandra Todde. On the agenda are the changes that the Council would like to make already in the commission or directly in the Chamber. There is also talk of an amendment to reduce the staff of the President of the Region.
