The clash between the two, the 34-year-old and a 28-year-old resident in the same municipality, occurred in the middle of the night, perhaps due to old disagreements. According to the reconstruction, the first threatened his rival, handing him a 20-gauge hunting cartridge as a sign of intimidation. A gesture that immediately raised concern and prompted the man to turn to the men of the Arma.
The Carabinieri immediately began investigations to clarify the dynamics of the episode. The subsequent personal and home search allowed them to find and seize 14 more cartridges of the same caliber, illegally held .
