Another sentence in Sassari for Claudio Dettori, who has already received a life sentence , in first instance and on appeal, for the murder of Antonio Fara, killed in April 2021.

This time the 26-year-old was accused of resisting a public official for an episode dating back to September three years ago in Bancali prison.

Here, according to the accusation, he would have aggressively addressed a prison police officer while the latter opened the cell to allow him to make a phone call.

In particular, the young man allegedly said to the policeman: "Secondino, don't make me wait so long anymore because I'll slap you even if it means going to prison again."

The crime was reclassified as a threat and the prosecutor asked for Dettori, defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Onorato, for one year in prison. Judge Antonio Pietro Spanu ultimately decided to give him only six months.
