Failure of the internet lines in Oristano: activities at the San Martino hospital, in the Municipality, in the Police Headquarters and in the Prefecture were blocked

A fault in the internet lines, which has persisted since yesterday afternoon, has blocked

to the activities in Oristano, including the San Martino hospital and the offices of the Local Health Authority 5. Without a connection, operations are impossible.

The failure, which affects the whole city, "does not depend in any way on the computer systems of this healthcare company - underlines the ASL - and, unfortunately, is blocking the activity of the hospital and of the same offices of the healthcare company".

Users who turn to San Martino and other health facilities during these hours for scheduled visits and exams therefore suffer serious inconvenience. Lastly, the ASL informs them that they have asked the competent bodies "so that this emergency can be remedied as soon as possible".

The Police Headquarters, the Prefecture and many commercial activities also suffer the consequences of the optical fiber failure.
