The Sassari minors' prosecutor, Luisella Fenu, had raised the alarm about the situation in Olbia in recent days, after the disappearance of two children, which fortunately ended well. And today a story has landed before the judges of the Tempio Court that seems to confirm the contents of the magistrate's appeal.
A 12-year-old boy from Olbia remained for almost a month at the mercy of a young Bosnian resident in Olbia, accused (and now on trial) of extortion, stalking and the sale (to the minor) of drugs. The events described in the indictment occurred in the summer of last year.
The very young victim enters a nightmare when, convinced by the Bosnian boy, she begins to take away gold objects and jewels from the house which are handed over to the adult.
Then the threats, stalking and pressing requests for more money and jewels begin from the minor, to whom drugs are also sold. The minor tells his parents everything and when the person responsible for the persecution finds out, the situation worsens.
The victim is forced to leave the city and still does not set foot in Olbia today.
The victim's family is a civil party in the trial, assisted by the lawyer Giuseppe De Meo, the accused is defended by the lawyer Mariella Pirina. The boy confirmed everything in front of the judge.
