In the same period, international passengers recorded a growth of 14% and as regards the domestic market, the transit passengers were over 830,000.
According to data provided by Cagliari airport, the 2025 summer season (started Sunday, March 30) will have the best data ever: overall offer growing by about 7% from 2024, with a total of more than 1,400,000 seats offered on international markets and over 26,000 flights . In addition to the increase in frequencies and seats available on many destinations, there are two major innovations. To consolidate its expansion in the Scandinavian market, Cagliari airport is activating two new strategic routes: Stockholm, operated by Ryanair, and Copenhagen, served by SAS . In both cases, there will be two flights per week.
