They ran a real drug dealing point inside their home, but their suspicious movements did not escape the watchful eyes of the police . A 42-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman were arrested by the Cagliari Flying Squad on charges of possession for the purpose of dealing.
The operation was launched after careful monitoring by the Falchi, the unit specialized in combating drug trafficking . The agents, after observing a suspicious coming and going of people from the apartment, decided to intervene.
During the search of the house, the agents found 50 grams of hashish and 15 grams of marijuana, ready to be divided into doses, as well as packaging material, a significant sum of money - likely proceeds from drug dealing - and a notebook with detailed accounting of the sale of the narcotics.
After the routine checks, the two arrested were escorted home, where they will remain under house arrest pending the summary trial .
