Sixty adults and 13 minors arrested in flagrante or detained for crimes against the person (including attempted murder) , property and related to narcotics . Another 142 young people reported for receiving stolen goods , possession of weapons and instruments capable of causing harm and possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing, including 29 minors.

Stolen jewelry and cell phones, weapons, drugs were seized and 600 social media profiles were identified that incite hatred and physical violence , including against members of the Police Force, as well as the use of firearms and cutting weapons, which will be reported to the competent judicial authorities for possible blackout.

This is the result of the maxi operation conducted by the State Police , coordinated by the Central Operations Service, aimed at combating juvenile crime. About 13,000 young people, 3,000 of whom were minors, were checked, especially in drug dealing and so-called “movida” areas.

Police officers in action in Sardinia also in the province of Oristano, where a young man was arrested for possession of over a kilo of marijuana , while two others were reported for possession of narcotics with intent to deal .

During the checks, the officers of the Oristano police headquarters seized several doses of cocaine, some joints and a switchblade.

In the province of Oristano, as ordered by the provincial committee for public order and safety, the police headquarters' mobile squad, with the Sardinia crime prevention department and the Guardia di Finanza's canine units, checked a total of 121 vehicles and identified 458 people, including 85 minors who were intercepted in meeting places in Oristano and Cabras.

During the operation on the national territory, agents also visited 2 schools and 23 reception facilities for unaccompanied foreign minors, as well as various meeting places such as squares, public gardens, areas near railway stations, shopping centres, and commercial establishments.

During the searches, in which numerous stolen items were recovered, including gold necklaces, cell phones and 50,000 euros in cash , 8 pistols were seized, including 2 blanks and 1 modified soft-air gun, a sawn-off shotgun, a silencer and ammunition of various calibers, 15 knives and various objects including an iron club converted into a baseball bat, 1 ice breaker and 1 pepper spray .

2 kg of cocaine, 10 kg of cannabinoids and quantities of narcotic and psychotropic substances suitable for producing approximately 350 doses of heroin, shaboo, ecstasy and amphetamines were seized.
