The Carabinieri of the Nas of Cagliari inspected a cooking center in Oristano which received an immediate closure order.
The structure in which irregularities were found in terms of hygiene and health, deals with the "catering" service for the supply of meals for various primary and infant schools in Oristano and the province. In total, about 500 meals every day.
In particular, from what was ascertained by the military, "poor conditions under the hygienic-sanitary profile were found, with the presence of cockroaches and widespread dirt, which made it absolutely unsuitable for the activity for which it was intended".
The temporary closure provision will be revoked at the end of a subsequent inspection aimed at verifying that the serious problems have been completely remedied.
