After yesterday's malfunction , with hundreds of travelers remaining for hours at Cagliari airport, the radar of the Decimomannu military base - which regulates air traffic in southern Sardinia - returned to work, the fault was solved overnight.

From this morning the situation has therefore returned to normal, except in the case of Volotea flight V7 01112 which, departing at 7.45 for Fiumicino, was almost two hours late and took off at 9.30.

The passengers, furious, asked for an explanation at the gate, but, as far as we know, they would not have received precise information on the causes of the skidding. Consequently, the return flight from Rome, scheduled to arrive at 10.35, is scheduled for 12.30.

In the meantime, we are waiting to understand what caused the "malfunction" of the radar at the Decimomannu base.
