Decimomannu, fire in the parking lot: some vans burned

Night of work for the firefighters of the Cagliari Command, who intervened with two teams and seven operators in Decimomannu , due to a fire that broke out in the parking lot of a commercial area near the Statale 130.

Some parked vans were engulfed in flames and, after the alarm was raised, the 115 men arrived on the scene with a tanker.

Thanks to the rapid intervention, the fire was prevented from spreading to other parked vehicles and to the adjacent structure. However, the vehicles involved suffered heavy damage.

After the flames were extinguished and the operations made safe, the same firefighters started investigations to clarify the origin of the fire.
