"Until we see the price of diesel on the column change, we will go ahead with the principals indefinitely". This was stated by Daniele Fanni, one of the representatives of the protest in front of ports and industrial areas of Sardinia.

In fact, the statements by Minister Patuanelli were not enough for the hauliers, who said that the government “is evaluating the cut in excise duties which cannot be deferred. Just as it is necessary to evaluate other types of interventions not only at national but also at European level ".

Adding that “the decree to reduce the price of fuels will certainly be ready this week. The theme is to be able to understand how to find the necessary resources for an intervention that is perceivable by businesses and citizens ".

Words that, as mentioned, have had no effect on the hauliers, who ask the executive for "concrete answers" to put an end to the protest.
