Here are the data of today, Thursday 5 May 2022, released by the Region: “In Sardinia today there are 1383 further confirmed cases (yesterday 1,474, ed) of positivity to COVID (of which 1172 diagnosed as antigenic). A total of 7623 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic.
There are 9 patients admitted to intensive care units (same figure as yesterday).
The patients admitted to the medical area are 275 (- 8).
26,777 are the cases of home isolation (- 740).
There are 4 deaths (yesterday 5, ed): three women aged 83, 85 and 91, residing in the province of Sassari, and a man of 67, residing in the province of Southern Sardinia.
