Covid, 20 new infections and one victim in Sardinia
The number of patients admitted to intensive care remains unchanged, but there is a new entry into the medical area
The Covid-19 epidemic on the island continues to remain under control.
Here is the update released by the regional authorities on Tuesday 26 October 2021: “In Sardinia today there are 20 further confirmed cases of positive COVID, based on 2,167 people tested. A total of 9,044 tests were processed, between molecular and antigenic.
There are 7 patients admitted to intensive care units (the same number as yesterday).
There are 45 patients admitted to the medical area (one more than yesterday).
There are 1,273 cases of home isolation (21 fewer than yesterday).
The death of an 83-year-old man residing in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari is recorded ”.
