There are three people under investigation for the alleged building abuses of Villa Vacchi. The notice of concluded investigations signed by the public prosecutor of Tempio, Gregorio Capasso, concerns the entrepreneur and influencer from Bologna Gianluca Vacchi , the designer of the Pantogia residence, Giovanni Faggioli and the entrepreneur from Arzachena who built the work (under seizure for months), Giovanni Maria Filigheddu.
We are talking about the investigations, started by the checks of the Municipality of Arzachena, on the villa of Vacchi in Pantogia in Costa Smeralda , a residence of about 1200 square meters plus a thousand square meters of terraces, padel courts, disco, 2 lodges with suites and 15 rooms. The Forestry Corps reported the violation of the Hg3 constraint (high risk of landslide) for a portion of the property. The prosecutor writes that the conduct "has vitiated the procedural process, making the entire building structure de facto abusive".
Also contested are illegal cubic capacity and the failure to prepare the geological report . The three people reported are assisted by the lawyers Gino Bottiglioni, Gian Comita Ragnedda, Giampaolo Murrighile, Giuseppe Angotta and Cristina Mela. Vacchi, who has been in dialogue with the Municipality of Arzachena for some time, has already executed the ordinances that required the elimination of part of the cubic capacity.
