Cleaning in the overview of Stintino: collected iron, stoves and vacuum cleaners

Over twenty bags full of rubbish and then a lot of material including household appliances and furnishings. The volunteers of the Plastic Free non-profit association joined the men of the Stintino barracellare company to clean up waste from some areas on the coast of the tourist village . The reclamation work was concentrated on the panoramic bridges, among the vegetation where uncivilized people often illegally abandon bulky items.

Entering the Mediterranean scrub, stoves, alarm clocks, vacuum cleaners, car parts and all sorts of material were found. A ton of waste collected to clear an apparently hidden area but still close to the coast, a place where tourists often pass through. An operation which involved many Plastic Free volunteers, now engaged in collaboration with the Municipality of Stintino in the reclamation work of some sensitive areas of the town which is preparing to welcome visitors in the upcoming warm season.
