Roadblock in Portovesme, an industrial area that is unreachable for more than three hours

Impossible to reach the industrial center of Portovesme this morning for a good three hours. Since 5 in the morning , five entrances to the industrial area have been blocked, roadblocks arriving from the Panoramica, from Portoscuso, from Sa Piramide, from Carbonia Flumentepido .

The clamorous protest is from a group of metalworkers from Enel and Portovesme srl contracts who are asking for guarantees for their future employment , urging the institutions to find solutions.

There were long queues of cars and vehicles and for a long time the area of the industrial center was unreachable.

The blocks were lifted around 8.30am. An unexpected and sensational protest that underlines the great concern of workers for their future.
