An Island blocked by political uncertainty and administrative slowness risks missing the train of economic and social recovery . This is the alarm raised by Cisl Sardegna, which this morning in Cagliari presented a package of 17 proposals to face the challenges of 2025.

"We cannot afford slowdowns or an early return to the polls: it would be a disaster for the economic system and for the management of European funds and PNRR", declared the secretary general Pier Luigi Ledda.

The union's recipe starts with an appeal for dialogue between institutions, businesses and social partners , to build a pact based on mutual responsibility. Among the priorities, a health plan that strengthens local services, reduces waiting lists and guarantees equity in access to care.

The Cisl also calls for accelerating the use of PNRR resources, investing in infrastructure and making public administration more efficient.

Particular attention is paid to policies to combat depopulation and brain drain, promote birth rates and support families . An energy strategy that enhances renewables, redistributing the benefits to local communities, is also essential.

"Sardinia - the secretary general underlined - must transform its critical issues into opportunities, focusing on innovation, inclusion and safety at work. The future of Sardinia depends on the ability to act immediately, with courage and a common vision".
