Ambulances are still stuck at the Monserrato Polyclinic. This is according to a report received in the early afternoon: eleven emergency vehicles are reportedly stuck in the hospital area, waiting to depart.

All this in difficult environmental conditions, with "little air conditioning" and a strong discomfort linked to the prolonged stay inside the structure.

This is certainly not the first time this has happened in the city's hospitals, with ambulances queuing and patients forced to wait for hours before being admitted. This is a problem that recurs especially during peak periods.

These numbers and conditions once again reveal a situation of difficulty for the emergency system.
