Ciro Grillo, hearing postponed to November 26: "Expertise on wiretapping"
The lawyer Bongiorno: "The continuation of the affair is for my client a wound on which salt is added"
"We informally anticipated the choice of the ordinary rite, which we will formalize on November 26 at the next hearing". Speaking from Tempio Pausania, where today the preliminary hearing of the trial that sees Ciro Grillo and his friends Francesco Corsiglia, Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria took place, is the lawyer of the four Andrea Vernazza.
"The hearing has been updated to allow an expert opinion on the transcripts of the wiretapping", Vernazza limited himself to adding.
"It was a very technical hearing - the words of the lawyer Bongiorno who defends the young woman who started the investigation with her complaint -, the gup Caterina Interlandi commissioned an expert to transcribe the wiretapping".
"This is evidence already present in the file", Bongiorno points out again before declaring about the choice of the ordinary rite by the defense that "it is a legitimate choice on which you will never hear me express an opinion, even if the protraction of the story is for my client a wound on which salt is added ".
Prosecutor Capasso, on the other hand, underlines with satisfaction that "the requests made on some technical activities carried out during the investigations have been accepted".
THE ACCUSATION - The facts date back to July 2019, when the four friends met two Milanese girls at the Porto Cervo nightclub. Then the transfer to the villa of Cala di Volpe used by the Grillo family, where the violence would have occurred.
According to what was denounced by the young women, who filed a civil action, in the morning around nine Corsiglia would have forced the young woman assisted by Giulia Bongiorno to non-consenting sexual intercourse. Later, according to the accusation, Ciro, Vittorio and Edoardo would have induced the eighteen-year-old to drink half a bottle of vodka, abusing her one after another, complete with images and videos that ended up on social media. The four then indulged in obscene acts while the other young woman slept on the sofa, again taking pictures and filming everything.
