Tension is running high between defense attorneys and prosecutors at a crucial moment in the investigation into the tragic death of Cinzia Pinna ( killed on September 12, 2025 ). The lawyers of Emanuele Ragnedda, currently in prison in Bancali on charges of voluntary manslaughter , have asked the Tempio Prosecutor's Office for a joint inspection of the room where the victim was fatally shot.

We are talking about the house in Conca Entosa (in Palau) , the estate of the entrepreneur who confessed to having killed the woman originally from Castelsardo.

Lawyers Luca Montella and Gabriele Satta believe it is necessary and urgent to intervene in the seized building, with the assistance of their consultant, medical examiner and professor at the University of Cagliari, Ernesto D'Aloja. The Tempio magistrates' answer was no. For Ragnedda's lawyers, the prosecutor's decision would prevent a fundamental and indispensable action.

The defense has turned to the investigating judge of Tempio Marcella Pinna , with a hearing set for May 26, to order the technical activity which, apparently, would also concern the alleged attack by the victim (armed with a knife) against Ragnedda, a few moments before the murder .

The businessman's lawyers are reportedly deeply upset that the Carabinieri carried out an inspection of Conca Entosa without informing their lawyers. Montella, contacted this evening, declined to comment but did not deny the latest developments in the case.
