These are crucial hours in the investigation into the disappearance of Cinzia Pinna, the 33-year-old woman from Castelsardo who hasn't been heard from since September 11, when she was last seen in a club in Palau. Tempio Pausania prosecutor Noemi Mancini is evaluating all the evidence provided to her by the Carabinieri of the Olbia Territorial Unit.
According to reports, the military's attention is focused on what happened the same night as the young woman's disappearance, inside a country house straddling the territories of Palau and Arzachena. An Arzachena businessman, the owner of the building, is under investigation for murder. The Carabinieri have reportedly conducted several searches, seizing cell phones, several cars, and a firearm, apparently a pistol.
The investigation is at a very delicate stage. It should be noted that so far, no judicial action has been taken against the businessman, represented by Luca Montella, and a second suspect, a 26-year-old Milanese man, charged with concealing a corpse, represented by Nicoletta and Maurizio Mani. Tomorrow, Carabinieri from the RIS unit in Cagliari will be at the businessman's country home in Arzachena.
