There is a new arrest for the investigation of the Cagliari District Attorney's Office into an alleged child pornography ring in the north of the island . The story starts from the complaint of alleged abuse by a parent on an eight-year-old child, events that occurred in a small town in Alta Gallura. The Carabinieri of the Tempio Company arrested a 50-year-old man in recent days after searching his home in Modena . The person transferred to prison allegedly received photos and videos where the alleged victim of the abuse that occurred in the Gallura town appears. The military allegedly found proof of contact between the arrested person and the child's father in the memory of some electronic devices . The man is now in a penitentiary awaiting the decisions of the judiciary.

We are talking about the investigation conducted by the military of Tempio, which culminated with the arrest of a 42-year-old man (in prison since spring 2024) accused of having abused his eight-year-old son and of having filmed him, then circulating the images . The investigation started from the complaint of the child's mother. The woman and her son have constituted themselves as civil parties, assisted by the lawyer Monica Liguori, in the proceedings opened before the Court of Cagliari.

Also under accusation is an alleged accomplice of the arrested man and a 32-year-old woman, accused, in conjunction with the first suspect, of having had sexual intercourse with the man in front of their young daughter .

The facts of the case are these: five minors victims of the crimes, two children civil parties against their parents, three files opened for the diffusion of the images and several adults before the judge . And now the handcuffs have snapped on again in Modena.
