For two decades it was abandoned to total neglect ever since, starting yesterday and continuing today, the small square facing the church of Don Bosco in Carbonia was not redeemed from degradation.

It is a large room born in '38 and used as a religious building many years ago thanks to volunteers. The cleaning and redevelopment activity is, as usual, linked to a group of willing citizens, in which the councilor for maintenance Piero Porcu is also privately present: shrubs grown indiscriminately, weeds, waste, uneven floors, damaged games have characterized for about thirty years this part of the city where even the kids have stopped going to play due to the dilapidated conditions of the place.

A radical reclamation work has begun to give this square back the decorum it deserves.
