A 44-year-old from Carbonia was arrested yesterday afternoon by the local police station who were carrying out a prevention service in the area.
The soldiers went to the man's house, subjected to the house arrest regime, and noticed him about a hundred meters from the house, thus in violation of the rules.
Arrested again, the hearing will take place tomorrow.
