Carbonia, arson attack on the green lung of the city

Bad fire this afternoon in Carbonia .

A fire affected a part of the pine forest on the hill of Monte Rosmarino on the side of access from via Cagliari , arousing a lot of concern given the presence of houses close to the park.

The firefighting teams intervened immediately and ensured that the flames did not spread to other parts of the pine forest.

On site, the Terramare Civil Protection of Carbonia, the Fire Brigade of the city detachment and a team of the Civil Protection of Gonnesa intervened to continue the reclamation.

Fortunately, the forces in the field were able to take advantage of the fire-fighting system present in the green lung which is targeted by arsonists every year.

Also present were the Forestry Corps and the Municipal Police.
