After those in the Santa Rosa neighborhood and Via Satta, the works to fix the water networks in Via Lombardia, carried out by the Abbanoa intervention teams, have also been completed.

The works are part of the maintenance and replacement plan of the utilities conducted by Abbanoa after the acquisition by the Municipality of the management of the city water service. The works mainly involved the right side of the road, where new connections were made that should solve the problems of the area once and for all .

For the mayor of Capoterra, Beniamino Garau, Abbanoa's intervention is the first step towards the redevelopment of via Lombardia: « The work just completed is fundamental for this area, historically subject to problems with water pipes, the disservices will finally be a thing of the past . The next step will be to create a small playground and, above all, create a pedestrian path that connects via Lombardia to via Amendola, so as to allow citizens to move around on foot in complete safety»
