The agreement has been signed between the Air Force and the Region which coordinates military activities in the Capo Frasca range . The signatures are those of Air Force General Davide Marzinotto and the President of the Region Christian Solinas . The area constitutes a permanent range, owned by the State Property Office, Air Force branch, suitable for carrying out military training activities with the execution of live fire tests, with the use of exclusively conventional ammunition, with the exception of summer closing periods, normally from 1 June to 30 September and public holidays. The protocol in question has a duration of 5 years , with tacit renewal for a further five years upon its expiry.
