Cannabis on the stalls at the Artichoke Festival: 35-year-old from Cagliari in trouble

He had displayed two ounces of marijuana , so-called " light ", in a glass jar, in a local vegetable and delicatessen stall at the Spiny Artichoke Festival.
The man, a 35-year-old from Cagliari who manages an agricultural company in the Middle Campidano area, however only showed the Carabinieri some invoices relating to the purchase of "legal" cannabis seeds , i.e. with THC below the threshold according to European parameters, and therefore the military carried out further checks by checking his company.
What emerged was that the man was not only not authorized to produce legitimate cannabis at all , but he had also stockpiled semi-finished product, storing it without authorisations. Therefore, over 72 kilos of presumed "light" marijuana ended up under seizure, as well as material for the preparation of cannabis oil and a precision scale.
Specific laboratory tests will be carried out at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari to verify the toxicity of the substance , and if it is not so-called "light" cannabis the suspect risks a criminal conviction for production and possession of drugs in huge quantity.
