“CagliariRespira”: all the changes to the bus lines in Cagliari
CTM communicated the changes for the half marathon, in force from 6.30am to 1pm
On Sunday 3 December 2023 from 6.30am to 1pm, on the occasion of the "CagliariRespira" half marathon, the routes of some CTM lines will change.
The changes will affect lines 1, 3, 5/11, 6, 7, 8/A, 9, 10, 30R, 31R, M, PF, PQ, QS, which will deviate from their usual route.
This is the detail of the changes to the routes.
LINE 1
Direction Flavio Gioia
The buses, having arrived in Piazza San Michele, will continue along via Is Maglias, viale Merello, piazza d'Armi, viale San Vincenzo, viale Regina Elena, piazza Sicurezza, viale Regina Margherita and via XX Settembre from where they will resume the ordinary route.
Brotzu direction
The buses, having arrived in via XX Settembre, will continue in viale Regina Margherita, viale Regina Elena, viale San Vincenzo, piazza d'Armi, viale Merello, via Is Maglias and piazza San Michele from where they will resume the ordinary route.
LINE 3
Direction of the Sun
The buses, having reached the Ponte Vittorio roundabout, will continue along via Fiorelli and via Tramontana where they will resume the ordinary route.
Direction Abruzzi
Regular route.
LINE 5/11
Direction Calamosca
The buses, having arrived in Piazza D'Armi, will continue along Viale San Vincenzo, Viale Regina Elena, Viale Regina Margherita and Viale Bonaria, from where they will resume the ordinary route up to the Ponte Vittorio roundabout. The buses will then continue in via Fiorelli, via Tramontana, viale Poetto and via della Pineta where at stop no. 297 - Della Pineta (Chiesa) will be the terminus.
Cinquini direction
Buses departing from stop no. 297 – Della Pineta (Chiesa), once they reach viale Bonaria, they will continue along viale Regina Margherita, viale Regina Elena, viale S. Vincenzo and via Is Mirrionis where they will resume the ordinary route.
LINE 6
Direction Sant'Elia
The buses, arriving at the roundabout after Ponte Vittorio, will continue along via Fiorelli, via Tramontana, viale Poetto and via della Pineta where at stop no. 297 - Della Pineta (Chiesa) will reach the terminus and depart towards Andorra according to the ordinary route.
Direction Andorra
Regular route from the terminus at stop 297 – Della Pineta (Chiesa).
LINE 7
Direction Yenne
The bus, having arrived in via Sulis, will continue along viale Regina Elena, Giardini Pubblici roundabout, via Badas, Porta Cristina, viale Buoncammino, via Anfiteatro, via Ospedale and via San Giorgio, from where it will make a U-turn and then the terminus at stop no. 60 Hospital (Clinica Macciotta) to resume the ordinary route.
LINE 8/A
Matteotti-Giorgino direction
Buses heading to Piazza Matteotti will limit the route to Viale Buoncammino, where they will terminate at stop no. 69 - Buoncammino (corner via Belvedere) and will resume the ordinary route towards the Policlinico.
Polyclinic Management
Regular route from the terminus at stop no. 69 – Buoncammino (corner via Belvedere).
Service dedicated to Giorgino
A shuttle service will be established from 6.30 am to 1.00 pm: buses coming from Giorgino, arriving in via Riva di Ponente, will turn into viale La Plaia where they will terminate at stop no. 33 - La Plaia (in front of the car park) and will depart towards Giorgino following the ordinary route.
LINE 9
Matteotti direction
The buses, having reached the San Michele/Sant'Avendrace roundabout, will make a U-turn and continue via San Michele where they will come to the terminus at stop no. 109 - Abruzzi (corner via Campeda) to resume the ordinary route towards Decimo.
Direction Tenth/Station
Regular route from the terminus at stop no. 109 – Abruzzi (corner via Campeda).
LINE 10
Binaghi Management
The buses departing from via S. Ignazio will continue to via Don Bosco and viale Merello from where they will resume the ordinary route.
Direction S. Ignazio
Regular route.
LINES 30R-31R
Matteotti direction
The buses, having arrived in viale Bonaria, will continue along via XX Settembre, will make a U-turn at the via Sonnino/XX Settembre roundabout,
they will continue in viale Bonaria from where they will resume the ordinary route.
The terminus is at stop no. 334 – Cemetery (Bonaria Cemetery) from where they will depart towards Quartu.
Quartu direction
Regular route from the terminus to stop no. 334 – Cemetery (Bonaria Cemetery).
M LINE
Matteotti direction
The buses, having reached the via Sonnino/via XX Settembre roundabout, will continue along via Sonnino and viale Bonaria where, near the former Cariplo, they will make their terminus at a temporary stop.
Gotthard direction
The buses departing from viale Bonaria will continue to via XX Settembre from where they will resume the ordinary route.
PF – PQ LINES
Matteotti direction
The buses, having reached the roundabout in via Lungomare del Golfo/Lungosaline/via dell'Idrovora, will continue along via Lungosaline, piazza Scopigno, via della Pineta, via Milano and viale Bonaria where the terminus will be at the stop in front of the former Cariplo.
Direction Flumini/IV November
The buses, departing from viale Bonaria, will continue along via XX Settembre, will make a U-turn at the roundabout of via Sonnino/via XX Settembre, will retrace via XX Settembre, viale Bonaria, via Milano, via della Pineta, piazza Scopigno, viale Campioni d'Italia, viale Poetto, Marina Piccola roundabout, via Lungosaline and via Lungosaline /Lungomare del Golfo roundabout, from where they will resume the ordinary route.
Since the preferential lane is closed to traffic, the stops in the viale Campioni d'Italia - viale Poetto - Lungosaline section will not be made with the exception of stop no. 322 Poetto (front G. Rossi).
QS LINE
Direction Piazza Arcipelagi
The buses, once they reach the roundabout in via Lungomare del Golfo/Lungosaline, will make a U-turn and come to the terminus at stop no. 379 Saline (AIAS) from where they will resume the ordinary route towards Deliperi.
Deliperi Management
Regular route from the terminus at stop no. 379 Saltworks (AIAS).
STOP
A temporary stop will be established in viale Bonaria, Ex Cariplo side.
Stops on the preferential lanes along the race route are abolished.
