There were dozens of inspections, garrisons and stakeouts in the streets of the center as well as in the suburbs , with the help of television cameras and also thanks to reports from citizens.

Those responsible for abandonments have been identified and sanctioned in many areas : via Is Maglias, viale La Playa, via Santa Rosalia, via Santa Maria Chiara, via Dante, via Italia, via Castiglione, via Campania, viale Ciusa, via Is Mirrionis, via Castiglione, via Pintus, via Dei Conversi, via Quirra, via Buggerru, via Dei Carroz, via Mercato Vecchio, via Puglie, via Baylle, via Abba, via Della Nautica, via Galvani.

There were also numerous checks on damaged tubs, displayed outside the permitted hours and associated with domestic users used by commercial activities and vice versa , throughout the municipal area, from the center to the suburbs.

There have been several complaint reports formulated for failure to clean sidewalks, flowerbeds, roads and green areas of animal droppings, and for the transfer of waste, domestic or from commercial activities, inside "waste paper" bins or in Proximity to bunders and containers for used clothing.

In the more than a thousand waste bins located throughout Cagliari, the municipality recalls, only small "walking" waste can be thrown: "Therefore, those who give in or near the so-called "waste bins" are fined in the same way as those who abandon".
