Cagliari, three fights and assaults in a few days: the police commissioner closes the Soho

Assaults and fights, three episodes in a few days. All inside the Soho or in the immediate vicinity. For this reason the Cagliari police commissioner has ordered the closure of the disco in via Newton for fifteen days.

The measure was notified to the owner by the agents of the Administrative Police Division.

Since the beginning of the year, the temporary closure for security reasons has been applied by the Police Chief in six other circumstances, affecting public establishments in the city centre, the Poetto coast and the province.

The prerequisite for the application of Article 100 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety, even in the absence of direct and concrete responsibilities on the part of the manager, remains the safeguarding of public safety order.
