A light pole fell last night in Cagliari, in the courtyard of the Collodi primary school in via Basilicata, in the La Vega neighborhood. The collapse was due to the strong winds of the last few days. There was no damage to the structure, nor was there anyone nearby as it happened during the night and many hours before the arrival of the staff and students.

The area, which is part of the plant, has been fenced off to prevent access. The discovery was made this morning when the school opened: lessons continued regularly without disruption or interruptions.

Between last night and the early hours of the morning, including via Basilicata, the firefighters intervened in a total of five situations between Cagliari and the hinterland due to fallen poles (not only electricity, also advertising) and trees always due to strong winds. No injuries or damage to property were reported.
