The energy redevelopment interventions of the "Massimo" in Cagliari , the main drama-music-dance theater in Sardinia, were completed in perfect compliance with the times and procedures.

The efficiency works, completed last August, were financed with European Union funds (Next Generation EU - PNRR M1C3 - Investment 1.3) and will allow the absorption of electricity to be reduced by approximately 40 percent and at least 50 percent the environmental impact of the Theater.

The project had, in fact, obtained a non-repayable contribution of 352,423 euros - equal to 80 percent of the investment - to which is added the 20 percent share financed by the Municipality of Cagliari.

A result which today manifests itself in a notable improvement in the technological equipment of the theatre , a change in energy class performance from E to D and a consequent increase in the economic value of the entire building .
