Cagliari, the wall is in danger of collapsing: via Porcell closed, crazy traffic in the center

In the afternoon, critical issues were identified for the stability of the perimeter wall of the building that houses the university's Biomedical Sciences.
After an inspection it was decided to prohibit the transit of cars, to prevent vibrations from causing a failure. The barriers have been placed in front of the former Macciotta clinic. Access denied, awaiting verification.
A further inspection will be carried out tomorrow morning, when it will also be known how it will be possible to intervene to resolve the critical issues.
The local police are preparing variable message signs, which warn of the inconvenience. Meanwhile , hundreds of unaware motorists have remained bottled up. Particular inconveniences are recorded in via Santa Margherita.
Those arriving from Piazza Yenne and need to go beyond the San Giovanni di Dio hospital must go back and retrace the Largo Carlo Felice: the tour to "over the hill" must pass through Piazza d'Armi. Many have thought about it. And the queue was also formed in Viale Merello.
Via Porcell is also traveled by heavy vehicles such as the Ctm buses, which have been diverted. Below are the new sections, pending the restoration of the ordinary one.

The bus, departing from Piazza Yenne, having reached via San Giorgio, will make a U-turn and travel along largo Carlo Felice, via Roma, via Stazione Vecchia, via Bonaria, viale Regina Margherita, viale Regina Elena, piazza Dessì and piazza Indipendenza, from where it will resume the ordinary route.

Line 8-8A
Policlinico direction: the buses, departing from piazza Matteotti, will travel along via Roma, via Maddalena, viale Trieste, via Pola, corso Vittorio Emanuele, viale Merello and via Is Maglias from where they will resume their ordinary route.
