It is not yet known who will be the star who will take the stage on New Year's Eve. But the Municipality of Cagliari is preparing for fireworks for New Year's Eve. On one condition: they must not make noise.

The notice with the expression of interest for setting up the New Year's Eve fireworks display has just been published.

The budget is 23 thousand euros. The show must last 10 minutes and the lights must rise into the sky for at least 150 meters, to be visible also from Piazza dei Centomila, where the space for the concert will be set up.

However, there is a clarification: the fireworks must have a "limited noise impact" and must be environmentally friendly. A way of saying that the "sensitive souls" of pets will be respected. Because punctually, every year, the controversy arrives about dogs and cats scared by bangs.

The administration awaits offers from interested companies but reserves the possibility of not proceeding with the awarding of the service.
