During the night, a possible turning point in the mystery of via Ghibli, with an investigation opened for double homicide . After a marathon interrogation, the prosecutor ordered the arrest in the Carabinieri barracks of San Bartolomeo of Claudio Gulisano, 44 years old , the youngest of the two sons of the couple poisoned on December 5th in the house in Quartiere del Sole, in Cagliari.

The measure was apparently issued following some alleged contradictions that emerged during the long face-to-face meeting with investigators . During the interrogation, lawyer Luigi Sanna was also summoned and assisted the 44-year-old until around midnight. The couple's other son, Davide, 46, was also questioned in the morning for almost three hours but then returned home. He is not under investigation. The victims, Luigi Gulisano and Marisa Dessì, were 79 and 82 years old. In recent days, the summoning of various other witnesses had intensified, including neighbors and friends of the couple. Previously, the notary who drafted the victims' double will had also been questioned, but he was unable to proceed with the opening of the last will because the death certificate is not yet available, also due to the investigation still underway.

After the formal procedures, the suspect was taken to prison in Uta.
