Moments of tension last night in Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Cagliari where a group of boys set off dozens of fireworks , to the fear (and resignation) of the residents. Not a moment of celebration for everyone but moments of terror for those who, suddenly, saw the fiery cars whizzing by a few centimeters from their windows or entering their balconies. All amidst the laughter and euphoria of the gang who, regardless of the situation, continued to act undisturbed.

Thus the anger of the inhabitants of Stampace spilled over onto social media, with an appeal to the institutions and a video showing the street at the mercy of disorder : «While Stampace venerates Sant'Efisio and remembers the martyrdom of the Saint, scenes from the Far West in Corso and under the arcades of via Mameli! It is no longer possible to tolerate situations of this type and not even the beatings of defenseless passers-by who walked along the porticoes of Via Mameli."

«We ask the institutions – concludes the post – with ever greater force and to the Prefect that the prefectural table be reopened to listen to the cries for help of residents and productive activities, so that there is true protection of the parties involved».
