Insults and threats, first to passers-by, then to the policemen, against whom he also attempted to lash out violently. In the end, however, he was arrested on charges of resisting and threatening a public official, also making up for a complaint for refusing to provide his personal details.

The negative protagonist of the story is a 40-year-old from Cagliari.

The facts. The man was noticed by a crew of the Flying Squad in the Navy district, while he was taking it out on a group of foreign tourists, pelted with insults.

The officers then pulled over the car and asked him the reason for such aggression. But the 40-year-old also took it out on the policemen, with offensive phrases such as "Who the fuck are you?" and boasting of being "the son of the Quaestor".

At that point he was asked for his documents, but, again, the man reacted in the worst way, resisting and trying to punch one of the officers in the face. All under the eyes of passersby and residents of the neighborhood.

Brought to the offices of the Regional Scientific Police Cabinet to be subjected to identification and investigations, the man continued to rage, accusing the Police of "abuse of power" and returning to threaten those present, claiming to be "the son of a well-known magistrate of Cagliari" able to get them all "fired".

At the end of the investigations, for the 40-year-old, at the disposal of the Prosecutor, informed of the facts, arrest and complaint were triggered. Then the process by express, with the validation of the measures.
