In the last six years, only one installment of the concession fee has been paid. There is a hole of 64 thousand euros in the coffers of the municipal councilorship for Culture: money that has not been paid by the Camù Consortium which manages the Exmà Municipal Center of Art and Culture, one of the most important in Cagliari .

After a long wait, and with numerous reminders that remained unanswered, the offices decided to start recovering the amount due: the manager Marco Zedda ordered the collection of the bank guarantee that had been deposited as guarantee for the performance of the service. It is 10,800 euros, about one sixth of the shortfall. But it could be just the beginning of a long litigation.

The determination states that Camù has been taking care of the cultural offer of Exmà since 2012. In 2015, the consortium was definitively awarded "the tender procedure, relating to project finance" for nine years. A fee of 12,000 euros had to be paid for each.

The Municipality underlined that "the fee for the period November 2017-April 2018 has been collected for the amount of 7,320.61 euros (VAT included)". But then "the Camù Consortium is seriously in default with the Administration": the list of unpaid semesters is long and reaches up to October 2022, for a total of 64 thousand euros.

The situation can no longer be considered "mere delay, but a real omission to pay the concession fee" and "the willingness or ability of the concessionaire to pay the fees still due is not recognized".

After unanswered reminders, we move on to collection. The first.
