Cagliari, here are the four moves to checkmate the scammers

Four "golden rules" to defend yourself against scammers.

These are the ones illustrated in Cagliari by the Carabinieri of the Pirri station during a meeting organized in collaboration with Don Roberto Atzori in the church of San Giuseppe .

As mentioned, the military provided the approximately 60 citizens present with valuable advice to make life difficult for the many bad guys who try to trap the unfortunate people who happen to come within range.

So here are the main "moves" to be implemented to avoid nasty surprises:

• pay attention to initiatives offered by strangers that appear advantageous and that can be perpetrated in person, by telephone or via the Internet
• not to disclose personal data relating to your credit/debit cards;
• do not open links contained in messages sent by unknown people;
• contact Station Command or 112 immediately for advice if in doubt
