Six injured, transported to hospital in red code (due to dynamics): two are in more serious conditions . Even if, according to what is learned, they would not be in danger of life.

This is the result of a bad accident that took place this evening around 7 pm in via Lungomare del Golfo , in Cagliari , a few meters from the roundabout at the Marino hospital: two cars collided head-on.

According to an initial reconstruction, one of the two vehicles, a Mini with only the driver on board, perhaps due to the high speed, jumped the traffic divider and crashed into the other, a Punto, which was traveling towards Cagliari with five people on board (two men and three women).

The impact was violent. Six 118 ambulances intervened. Two wounded were taken to Brotzu, the same to the general hospital and the rest to the Santissima Trinità.

The repercussions on traffic were heavy, with the local police officers of Cagliari busy trying to get traffic back to normal. The firefighters were also on site, to remove the vehicles involved and make the roadway safe.
