False documents to obtain a residence permit.

A 51-year-old Chinese woman was arrested in Cagliari by officers from the Police Headquarters' Flying Squad, who collaborated with colleagues from the Immigration Office.

The woman, legally resident in Italy, went to the counter of the offices in via Venturi to obtain a long-term residence permit (10 years). Among the requirements necessary to obtain the requested permit is knowledge of the Italian language, but the 51-year-old brought a false certificate to the offices.

For this reason, the arrest was triggered, validated in the summary hearing. The residence permit will obviously be denied.
